Pasingaw
Pasingaw is another rice delicacy made from glutinous rice
flour. It is made to sticky just like the kapet-kapet and calamay. Though not
so popular just like other rice delicacy but it really good to include during
special occasions.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of glutinous rice (pulverized)
White sugar
Ladek (coconut
granules from cooked oil)
Young coconut meat (grated)
Banana leaves
PREPARATION
1.
Add water to glutinous rice powder and then add
white sugar.
2.
Stir or mix thoroughly until it become sticky.
3.
Cut or cut the pasingaw into desired sizes.
4.
Add the young coconut meat and roll the
pasingaw.
5.
Cover with banana leaves
6.
Add the ladek at the top of the pasingaw.
7.
Serve.
