In making this bitter vegetable fruit as sweet in the table, I simply paired it with egg. That is right, slice into thin the ampalaya and consequently beat two eggs.
Simply saute in the pan with the garlic and onions and adding some salt and seasoning (if you want). Add the thin-sliced ampalaya and let it cook for several minutes. Then add the beat egg and let it cook.
This is one of my favorite breakfast. Of course we know that egg alone is a nutritious food. Adding that with the medicinal and healthy provider ampalaya... the result is a super food.
