How To Make Garlic Pickle






Garlic—the white clove that is commonly found in the kitchen because of its aroma. One of the best spice and even as condiments in recipe.

Now, considered one of wonder herbal medicine of modern times. The health benefits that is good for people who got problem on cholesterol and other heart diseases.

The health pact may be the sweetest but the taste is the sourest. The smell last for how many hours for people who consume it. There are two ways to make it tasty: one, to fry it to make it crispy; second, make it as crunchy garlic pickles.

Lets concentrate on pickled garlic.

The Department of Trade and Industry is helping people how to make this sour garlic as crunchy food in our table.

Ingredients:
Garlic, sliced
Garnishing ingredients, carrots, red chilli, onions
Pickling solution, sugar and salt
Brining solution, water added with salt

How to make?
  1.  Peel off the outer skin of the garlic and sliced according to your sizes
  2. Soak the garlic in the brine solution for 24 hours.
  3. In the next day, wash in the running water until salt granules are totally gone.
  4. Prepare and slice the garnishing ingredients.
  5. Prepare the pickling solution in the stainless casserole.
  6. Put the garlic and the garnishing in the bottle and then cover.
This is how she made the garlic pickles.  Those who have tasted said that the garlic pickles has no foul odor. The secret is the soaking of the cloves for overnight.
